FOOD Denmark's primary goal is to be the leader in PhD-education in food related research in Denmark by providing a portal for PhD students, their supervisors and educational institutions.
FOOD Denmark will collaborate with industry and the public sector in order to provide relevant PhD-training and to obtain funding to ensure an increasing number of PhD graduates.
FOOD Denmark will initiate interdisciplinary and cross-institutional cooperation in Denmark and internationally. As an organiser of relevant PhD-courses, FOOD Denmark will open up for transnational cooperation and actively pursue funding from international agencies.
