Abstract, paper submission
Abstracts and full paper should be submitted online. Full paper can be published in the Journal of Food Physics or in the Acta technologica agriculturae.

Location - Nitra in Slovakia
Nitra is a modern town situated on the south-west part of the Slovakia, approximately 100 km far from capital of the Slovakia – Bratislava. It is currently the seat of district and regional state institutions. Nitra is town with a rich history and cultural traditions reaching to the times of Great Moravian Empire. Besides the attribute ancient we might say about Nitra also a town of students, agriculture and trade fairs. The Slovak University of Agriculture, the University of Constantine the Philosopher and prestigious scientific institutions are also situated here. Nitra is an important economic centre with a prosperous electrical engineering, automotive and chemical industry, so with traditionally well developed agriculture and food-processing industries as well.
