What determines what we eat and how we stay healthy? Are food, medicine and human bodies chemistry, or more? Different food and health views come closer in a globalized world. Chinese, Indian and Danish experts discuss traditional and modern studies into food, pharma and fitness. Where do we see potentials for learning and fruitful cross-cultural science?

PhD and MSc students: DKK 400

Others: DKK 800

Participation costs include all meals and dinner. An invoice will be sent prior to the symposium.
