The Winter School seminars are organised in collaboration between Biopeople, DHI, Food Denmark, the EU project Healthy Growth (RUC) and Innovative Ingredients partners.

During 2011-12 the following seminars are offered:

1) Functional Ingredients for food and drinks: Innovation, growth and sustainability. 22 November 2011.

2) Functional Ingredients for food and drinks: Technological and health promoting potentials. 10 January 2012.

3) Functional Ingredients for food and drinks: The consumer and communication. 6 March 2012.
